Giới thiệu Keo Epoxy bơm nứt TCK-E206
Keo epoxy bơm nứt TCK-E206 là một loại vật liệu epoxy lỏng dùng để bơm sửa chữa vết nứt, chúng có thể dễ dàng bơm vào vết nứt rất nhỏ trong kết cấu bê tông. Đó là loại vật liệu có độ nhớt thấp, độ thẩm thấu cao, độ cứng tốt được thiết kế để bơm tiêm trên cầu, đập, cột, dầm, sàn và nhiều bộ phận kết cấu bê tông khác. Keo epoxy TCK-E206 cho thấy sức mạnh vật lý cao chỉ một lần cứng và cung cấp tính năng chống ăn mòn cao có đặc điểm không rỉ, góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả tăng cường cho bê tông. Keo epoxy TCK-E206 đã được sử dụng rộng rãi cho việc phục hồi cường độ của bê tông.

Đặc điểm của Keo Epoxy bơm nứt TCK-E206
Sự bơm tiêm hoàn hảo có thể kết thúc các vết nứt của bê tông nhờ vào độ nhớt thấp và giảm thiểu sức căng bề mặt mà làm cho dễ dàng xâm nhập vào các vết nứt hoặc các thành phần cơ bản của cấu trúc.
So với vữa xi măng hoặc bê tông, nó có độ bền cơ học cao hơn trong tất cả các khía cạnh bao gồm cả cường độ nén, cường độ uốn và độ bền kéo, … và do đó sử dụng rộng rãi để sửa chữa và gia cố kết cấu bê tông.
Độ kết dính tuyệt vời của nhựa epoxy đảm bảo rằng các thành phần cứng duy trì một độ kết dính đủ cho vữa xi măng, bê tông và cốt thép, … và không phân lớp từ các thành phần cơ bản của cấu trúc.
Sau khi được tiêm nhựa epoxy, thành phần cứng hoàn toàn không tạo ra bất kỳ phản ứng hóa học trên cốt thép hoặc kết cấu bê tông, và cung cấp một độ bền vượt trội bằng cách ngăn chặn sự ăn mòn.
Do có độ nhớt thấp, nó có thể xâm nhập sâu vào bên trong các vết nứt và lớp cụ thể của các thành phần cơ bản của cấu trúc, do đó mở rộng các khu vực liên kết tổng thể và mang lại một hiệu suất liên kết mạnh mẽ.

Việc xử lý bề mặt bê tông có thể là một cách để đảm bảo độ bền và độ kín nước cho những vết nứt có chiều rộng dưới 2mm, nhưng nó được sử dụng cho vị trí thi công nơi xử lý bề mặt và phương pháp trám lấp để ngăn chặn bất kỳ sự rò rỉ nước từ các vết nứt,ăn mòn cốt thép và cacbon hóa vv tăng cường các ứng dụng chính như sau:
