Giới thiệu về Keo Epoxy trám vết nứt ẩm ướt TCK-1402
Epoxy trám vết nứt ẩm ướt TCK-1402 là vật liệu gia cố trám trét dành cho vết nứt hoặc lỗ rổ bê tông ướt, là sản phẩm chất lượng cao đã được phát triển như một giải pháp cho các tình huống không thuận lợi như sau: đặc tính bám dính và cường độ cơ học, đặc tính của chất hóa cứng suy giảm nghiêm trọng khi độ ẩm còn tồn đọng trong quá trình đông cứng của keo epoxy gây trở ngại nghiêm trọng cho phản ứng giữa vật liệu chính và chất hóa cứng. Nên vật liệu TCK-1402 được nghiên cứu và sản xuất có cường độ liên kết rất cao với các thành phần kết cấu bê tông ướt, vật liệu có thể gắn kết mà không cần làm khô kết cấu, do đó giúp giảm thời gian thi công.

Đặc điểm của Keo Epoxy trám vết nứt TCK-1402
Epoxy TCK-1402 là vật liệu gắn kín đông kết nhanh và các hóa chất không bay hơi trong khi khuấy trộn, phù hợp cho ứng dụng trên bề mặt đứng và trần vì nó không chảy xệ. Vệ sinh sạch bằng máy mài thủ công.
Vật liệu có cường độ cơ học vượt trội, như cường độ nén, cường độ uốn và cường độ chịu kéo,vv so với vữa xi măng và bê tông. Vật liệu được thiết kế để chịu áp suất cao và có đặc tính cường độ và độ bám dính cao.
Những vị trí đã đông cứng hoàn toàn không gây ra bất cứ phản ứng hóa học nào cho các thanh cốt thép hoặc kết cấu bê tông, không co ngót sau khi đông cứng và duy trì ổn định độ bám dính do ứng suất nội bộ rất nhỏ.
Vật liệu này có cường độ nén, cường độ uốn, cường độ kéo,vv cao hơn vữa xi măng và bê tông nên có thể được ứng dụng làm vật liệu liên kết các tấm thép chịu nén bởi vì nó có cường độ bám dính rất cao và được thiết kế để chịu áp suất cao
Ứng dụng của Keo Epoxy trám vết nứt ẩm ướt TCK-1402
Epoxy TCK-1402 được thiết kế làm vật liệu gắn vá sửa chữa các khe nứt hoặc khe nối cấu trúc bê tông và lớp vữa trát. Vật liệu góp phần khôi phục cường độ kết cấu bằng phủ kín các khe nứt rộng và những khu vực bê tông khuyết tật, được sản xuất đặc biệt có độ chịu nén, cường độ chịu kéo, cường độ bám dính cao. Tăng độ bền của kết cấu bởi ngăn chặn sự rò rỉ nước từ các khe nứt và ăn mòn các thanh cốt thép bởi sự xâm nhập của khí có hại tồn tại trong không khí. Các ứng dụng như sau:
Phủ kín các khe nứt trên kết cấu bê tông khô/ướt.
Phủ kín các khe hở tạo bởi vữa trát xi măng khô/ướt và gạch lát vv…
Phủ kín lớp vữa gia cố đã lão hóa, các bộ phận suy yếu của bê tông khô/ướt.
Phủ kín lớp vữa trám khắc phục khe nứt trên các sản phẩm bê tông đúc sẵn khô/ướt.
Phủ kín các khu vực ẩm ướt khi bơm keo bọt.
