Giới thiệu về Keo Epoxy bơm nứt TCK-1400
Keo epoxy bơm nứt TCK-1400 là một loại nhựa epoxy 2 thành phần có độ nhớt thấp dùng để bơm/tiêm vào vết nứt hoặc gia cố cấu trúc bê tông, có khả năng kháng hóa chất, kháng mài mòn và va đập cao. Nó được thiết kế để liên kết những vết nứt trung bình, tách ra từ phần bê tông và thép, vật liệu chỉ cứng một lần, keo Epoxy TCK-1400 cung cấp sức mạnh thể chất chống rỉ sét cao, và do đó phù hợp để ngăn chặn rỉ sét trên thanh thép và phục hồi cường độ bê tông.

Đặc điểm của Keo Epoxy bơm nứt TCK-1400
Nhờ vào sự linh động cao dựa trên độ nhớt thấp của keo Epoxy TCK-1400, nó cho phép sự xâm nhập dễ dàng vào vết nứt nhỏ hoặc các thành phần cơ bản của cấu trúc và cũng cho phép bơm tiêm hoàn hảo vào phía cuối các vết nứt bê tông bằng cách giảm thiểu sức căng bề mặt.
Quá trình làm cứng chậm của nó làm cho nó tác dụng dễ dàng và hầu như không có độ co được tìm thấy khi cứng hoàn toàn. Nó có mức độ tối ưu của độ nhớt và tính lưu động cho bơm keo áp lực cao và áp lực thấp.
Độ bền kết dính tuyệt vời của nhựa epoxy đảm bảo rằng các thành phần cứng duy trì một sức mạnh kết dính đủ cho vữa xi măng, bê tông và tăng cường thanh thép,…
Sau khi được bơm tiêm nhựa epoxy, thành phần cứng hoàn toàn không tạo ra bất kỳ phản ứng hóa học trên cốt thép hoặc kết cấu bê tông, và cung cấp một độ bền vượt trội bằng cách ngăn chặn sự ăn mòn.
So với vữa xi măng hoặc bê tông, nó có độ bền cơ học cao trong tất cả các khía cạnh bao gồm cả cường độ nén, cường độ uốn và cường độ kéo.
Ứng dụng của Keo Epoxy bơm nứt TCK-1400
Keo epoxy TCK-1400 được sử dụng cho việc sửa chữa các vết nứt từ 0.2mm khi chiều rộng đo được của một vết nứt lớn hơn chiều rộng cho phép, trong trường hợp các thành phần chính là thành phần kết cấu,hoặc khi cấu trúc ổn định, có độ bền, không thấm nước nên được xem xét bất kể danh tính của các thành phần mục tiêu. Các ứng dụng như sau:
- Sửa chữa và gia cố các vết nứt trong tấm PC, sản phẩm đúc bê tông.
- Khoan phụt gia cố các bộ phận suy yếu của bê tông
- Sửa chữa và gia cố các vết nứt trên sàn và tấm ốp trên.
- Khoan phụt khoảng cách nới lỏng vữa trát bê tông và gạch…
- Củng cố các tấm thép khi nó đã được sử dụng lâu.
- Vữa cho nền tảng máy móc.
- Lăn chống thấm, gia cố kết cấu, chống ăn mòn bê tông…
