Chính sách bảo hành
Chúng tôi chỉ bảo hành cho các máy móc được công ty chúng tôi phân phối như Máy bơm keo và Máy phun chống thấm. Tùy theo các sản phẩm, chúng tôi có chế độ bảo hành từ 03 – 06 tháng dựa trên hợp đồng ký kết giữa các bên.
Nội dung bảo hành như sau:
I. Điều khoản chung về bảo hành
1. Bảo hành từ 03 – 06 tháng kể từ ngày mua hàng.
2. Bảo hành bằng cách thay thế linh kiện mới nếu bị hư hòng do lỗi của nhà sản xuất, không đổi máy khác.
3. Tem bảo hành trên máy phải còn nguyên vẹn, không bị rách, vỡ hoặc bị dán đè.
4. Chi phí vận chuyển máy đến công ty chúng tôi trước và sau khi bảo hành do khách hàng chịu.
II. Trường hợp không được bảo hành
1. Không bảo hành linh kiện bị hao mòn trong quá trình sử dụng như : piston, đầu bơm, dây bơm, cần bơm, ron đệm cao su, ron trắng, ron đen, bi, lò xo,…
2. Sử dụng không đúng cách, để keo chết trong máy, vệ sinh máy không kỹ dẫn đến hư hỏng phụ kiện hoặc cấu trúc bên trong máy.
3. Người sử dụng tự ý tháo lắp, sửa chữa hoặc thay đổi linh kiện không chính phẩm, không được nhà sản xuất khuyên dùng.
4. Máy bị hư hỏng do nguyên nhân ngoài kỹ thuật như: Hỏa hoạn, ngập lụt, sét đánh, cháy nổ, ăn mòn do môi trường.
