Chống thấm gốc xi măng TCK–Top Seal 108 là một lớp phủ dẻo hai thành phần (A và B) gồm polymer và xi măng biến đổi có tính đàn hồi cao để ngăn nước và chống thấm rất cao cho vật liệu, làm cho tuổi thọ công trình được dài lâu.
Chống thấm gốc xi măng TCK–Top Seal 108 không độc hại, sử dụng được với nước.
Dẻo và có độ đàn hồi cao, che phủ các vết rạn nứt.
Có khả năng chịu sức nặng mà không bị rạn nứt.
Chịu áp lực nước cao, độ kết dính tốt, kháng hoá chất, chống mài mòn.
Quy cách đóng gói: Bộ 45kg gồm 1 bao bột 30kg và 1 thùng chất lỏng 15kg

Hướng dẫn sử dụng sản phẩm Chống thấm gốc xi măng TCK-Topseal 108
Vệ sinh bề mặt sạch sẽ, loại bỏ rêu mốc và làm ẩm bề mặt vật liệu trước khi thi công.
Pha trộn:
Pha trộn thành phần A – B với tỷ lệ 1: 2 (1 phần lỏng + 2 phần bột) khuấy cho thật đều, sau đó dùng cọ / máy phun quét/ phun 2 – 3 lớp, quét/ phun lớp sau khi lớp trước đã khô. Độ cứng của TCK–Top Seal 108 đạt tuyệt đối sau 7 ngày. Độ dày khi khô nên là từ 1mm – 3mm.
Lưu ý:
- Nếu đã trộn thành phần A ( lỏng sệt ) và B ( bột ) với nhau thì phải sử dụng trong vòng 1 giờ, vì sau thời gian đó sản phẩm sẽ bị đông cứng, dùng đến đâu pha trộn đến đó.
- Không quét TCK–Top Seal 108 lên các bề mặt vật liệu đã quét chống thấm gốc dầu như Bitum ( nhựa đường ), Epoxy. Nên quét trực tiếp lên bề mặt vật liệu bằng bê tông, xi măng.
Định mức: 1,0 – 1,5 kg/m2/lớp phụ thuộc vào bề mặt bê tông hoặc độ dày.
