Chống thấm gốc xi măng TCK-Topseal 108 được sử dụng để chống thấm sân thượng, sàn nhà vệ sinh, mái, sàn, sê nô…Bể chứa nước, hồ bơi, tầng hầm. Lớp đệm cho đá hoa cương và granite để ngăn nước thấm qua do đó làm giảm các vết loang ố trên bề mặt đá.

Giới thiệu sản phẩm chống thấm gốc Acrylic TCK-200

Chống thấm gốc Acrylic TCK – 200 là một lớp màng quét chống thấm đa năng Acrylic 1 thành phần dạng lỏng  có tính co giãn đàn hồi cao, có khả năng kháng tia cực tím và chịu được tính khắc nghiệt của khí hậu Việt Nam làm cho tuổi thọ công trình được dài lâu.

Chống thấm gốc Acrylic TCK – 200 hệ nước, không độc hại, không gây ô nhiễm môi trường.

  • Chống thấm, kháng tia cực tím.
  • Dẻo, dai và có độ đàn hồi cao sau khi khô.
  • Trám bít các vết nứt  nhỏ.
  • Cường độ bám dính cao.
  • Có khả năng chịu được sự thay đổi của thời tiết và nhiệt độ.
  • Có khả năng kháng hoá chất.
  • Thi công đơn giản và sạch sẽ.

Hướng dẫn sử dụng sản phẩm chống thấm gốc Acrylic TCK-200

Khuấy đều sản phẩm trước khi dùng

Vệ sinh bề mặt sạch sẽ, loại bỏ rêu mốc, dầu mỡ…. trước khi thi công.

Lớp lót kết nối: Quét lót bằng cách pha loãng TCK – 200 với nước sạch khoảng 30 -40% theo trọng lượng rồi dùng cọ/ rulô quét 1 lớp đều lên bề mặt.

Lớp phủ: Dùng TCK-200 nguyên chất quét 2 -3 lớp, không pha chế gì thêm

Khi lớp lót kết nối bắt đầu khô, dùng cọ/ rulô quét lớp phủ thứ 1, chờ cho lớp thứ 1 khô (khoảng 30 phút) , tiếp tục thi công lớp thứ  2 hoặc 3.

Các góc cạnh giữa tường với sàn và tường với tường nên được dán bằng sợi thủy tinh chiều rộng 10cm để chống nứt.

Đối với các bề mặt cần thi công lớp vữa bảo vệ và lát gạch thì phải rải 1 lớp cát khô và sạch trên bề mặt lớp màng chống thấm sau cùng trước khi khô để tạo nhám bề mặt, sau đó hút  sạch cát không bám trên bề mặt.

Lưu ý:

  • Không được đi lên trên lớp màng trước 24 giờ.
  • Bảo vệ bề mặt lớp màng không được tiếp xúc với nước trước khi khô hoàn toàn.
  • Không thi công khi trời đang mưa hoặc bề mặt đọng nước.
  • Định mức: 1  – 1,5 kg/  m2 phụ thuộc vào bề mặt vật liệu.

Hướng dẫn vệ sinh an toàn sản phẩm chống thấm gốc Acrylic TCK-200

  1. Dùng nước sạch để rửa.
  2. Tránh tiếp xúc trực tiếp với da và mắt.
  3. Nếu bị văng vào mắt, dùng nước sạch rửa mắt nhiều lần.
  4. Mang găng tay, khẩu trang và các dụng cụ bảo hộ khi thi công.
  5. Nếu bị dính vào da thì phải rửa ngay bằng nước sạch và xà phòng trước khi khô.
