Giao hàng và nhận hàng
Chúng tôi giao hàng các nơi trên lãnh thổ Việt Nam và theo thỏa thuận giữa các bên. Miễn phí cước vận chuyển trong nội thành Tp.Hồ Chí Minh, Hà Nội với đơn hàng trên 5 triệu; nội thành Đà Nẵng, Nha Trang với đơn hàng từ 1 triệu cho tất cả các sản phẩm. Hỗ trợ vận chuyển tới các chành xe đi tỉnh (đối với khách hàng thuộc tỉnh các tỉnh thành khác TP.HCM ). Hỗ trợ bốc xếp hàng khi giao nhận tại kho hàng chúng tôi.
Công ty cung cấp dịch vụ mua bán, giao sản phẩm và nhận tiền thanh toán.
– Khách hàng nên kiểm tra sản phẩm, đối chiếu với hóa đơn chứng từ và phiếu giao hàng trước khi nhận hàng hóa. Nếu nhờ người khác nhận hàng thay thì yêu cầu người nhận thay cần kiểm tra hàng hóa cẩn thận trước khi nhận. Chúng tôi sẽ chịu trách nhiệm nếu xảy ra lỗi kỹ thuật của nhà sản xuất (theo quy định đổi/trả hàng hóa), ngoài ra mọi trường hợp khác không thuộc trách nhiệm của chúng tôi.
– Tất cả những sản phẩm chúng tôi cung cấp đều có đầy đủ chứng từ như: Phiếu Giao Hàng, Phiếu Thu Tiền Hàng và Hóa Đơn Giá Trị Gia Tăng (nếu khách hàng yêu cầu và gửi sau khi giao hàng thành công). Do đó khách hàng có quyền từ chối nhận hàng khi không có tối thiểu 01 trong 03 loại chứng từ nêu trên nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm, đúng hàng, đảm bảo quyền lợi của quý khách trong việc đổi/trả hàng hóa.
– Thời điểm giao hàng có thể chậm hơn dự kiến vì một số lý do khách quan như:
+ Địa chỉ nhận hàng không đúng.
+ Người nhận hàng không có ở nhà hay công trình tại thời điểm giao hàng.
+ Nhân viên giao hàng không liên hệ được để giao hàng.
+ Lũ lụt, hỏa hoạn,động đất, thiên tai và các lý do khách quan khác … chúng tôi sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để thương lượng lại thời gian giao hàng hợp lý.
– Khi đã quá thời gian dự kiến giao hàng mà khách hàng vẫn chưa nhận được hàng, quý khách vui lòng phản hồi lại để chúng tôi có biện pháp khắc phục phòng ngừa nhanh nhất. Trong thời gian chờ đợi nếu quý khách muốn thay đổi đơn hàng (đổi sản phẩm, không muốn nhận hàng nữa,…) mà nhân viên giao hàng hoặc bên dịch vụ chuyển phát nhanh vẫn chưa giao hàng tới khách hàng, vui lòng báo lại để chúng tôi giải quyết với bên dịch vụ chuyển phát hoặc nhân viên giao hàng.
Hiện tại chúng tôi đang có các hình thức vận chuyển hàng hóa như sau:
1. Nhận hàng trực tiếp tại văn phòng
– Khách hàng đến mua hàng tại Công ty, quý khách sẽ được nhận hàng trực tiếp tại văn phòng.
– Vui lòng kiểm tra kỹ hàng hoá, đối chiếu với chứng từ trước khi quý khách nhận sản phẩm.
– Nhân viên bán hàng của chúng tôi cung cấp đầy đủ chứng từ, quý khách có quyền yêu cầu nhân viên bán hàng cung cấp chứng từ nếu chưa có hoặc chưa đủ theo yêu cầu.
2. Nhân viên giao hàng tại địa chỉ khách hàng
– Giao hàng miễn phí với những địa điểm thuộc khu vực nội thành Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh tùy thuộc vào giá trị của đơn hàng.
– Giao hàng miễn phí với những đơn hàng giá trị lớn có địa chỉ nhận hàng ở các tỉnh lân cận Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh hoặc nhân viên giao hàng sẽ vận chuyển ra bến xe chạy từ Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh đi các tỉnh thành khác để gửi (nếu khách hàng chỉ định nhà xe quen hoặc theo thỏa thuận với nhà xe tại bến).
– Nhân viên giao hàng sẽ liên lạc trước để quý khách thu xếp thời gian, địa điểm chính xác để chúng tôi giao hàng.
– Kiểm tra ngay khi nhận hàng từ nhân viên giao hàng, nếu có vấn đề về chủng loại, mẫu mã, chất lượng, số lượng không đúng như trong đơn đặt hàng xin vui lòng báo lại cho chúng tôi để phối hợp xử lý khắc phục. Ngược lại, quý khách vui lòng nhận hàng và ký nhận phiếu giao hàng.
– Nhận hàng, ký xác nhận và thanh toán tiền cho nhân viên giao hàng toàn bộ hoặc phần còn lại (sau khi trừ đi số tiền đã ứng trước) của giá trị hàng hóa đã mua {giá trị tiền hàng + phí vận chuyển (nếu có)}
– Khi hàng hóa chuyển từ kho chứa hàng ở xa về văn phòng công ty, nhân viên bán hàng sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để thỏa thuận lại thời gian giao hàng.
– Nếu nhân viên giao hàng không thể giao kịp thời gian đã thống nhất, chúng tôi sẽ liên lạc lại và thông báo cho quý khách được biết.
3. Nhân viên chuyển phát nhanh giao hàng tại địa chỉ khách hàng.
– Những khách hàng thuộc tỉnh ở xa Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh, Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng, Nha Trang, nhân viên giao hàng không thể giao trực tiếp được, chúng tôi sẽ ủy quyền cho những đơn vị chuyển phát như Vnpt Post, Viettel post hay các đơn vị chuyển phát có uy tín khác.
– Khi đặt hàng, vui lòng điền đầy đủ và chính xác các thông tin cần thiết theo yêu cầu như tên, địa chỉ, số điện thoại để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho việc cung cấp thông tin chuyển phát thanh toán nhanh chóng. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm đối với việc giao hàng chậm hay thất lạc vì các thông tin do quý khách cung cấp không chính xác.
– Thời gian nhận hàng tùy thuộc vào quý khách lựa chọn phương thức chuyển phát hỏa tốc,chuyển phát nhanh hay chuyển phát thường, thời điểm nhận hàng chỉ mang tính chất tham khảo.
Chuyển hỏa tốc trong 1 ngày
Chuyển phát nhanh từ 2 cho đến 3 ngày
Chuyển phát thường từ 5 cho đến 10 ngày
– Cần kiểm tra cẩn thận hàng hóa ngay khi nhận từ đơn vị chuyển phát hàng hoá, nếu có vấn đề cần thắc mắc liên quan tới chủng loại, chất lượng, số lượng hàng hoá không đúng như trong đơn đặt hàng, quý khách vui lòng báo lại ngay cho chúng tôi để phối hợp với đơn vị chuyển phát hàng hóa xử lý.
4. Giao hàng qua xe khách, xe tải (nhà xe) tại bến xe tại Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh, Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng, Nha Trang.
– Áp dụng cho quý khách hàng có địa chỉ giao hàng ở các tỉnh xa Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh, Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng, Nha Trang và quý khách có người quen là các nhà xe khách.
– Nhân viên giao hàng sẽ thực hiện gửi hàng qua nhà xe theo đúng thông tin yêu cầu của quý khách hàng.
– Vui lòng cung cấp chính xác thông tin nhà xe cho chúng tôi: Tên nhà xe, Tên chủ xe (hoặc lái xe, phụ xe), Biển số đăng ký, thời gian xe xuất bến tại bến xe,… và những thông tin khác nếu cần.
– Quý khách vui lòng thanh toán toàn bộ giá trị đơn hàng trước khi chúng tôi chuyển hàng hoặc nhà xe sẽ thanh toán toàn bộ giá trị đơn hàng trước khi nhận. Đồng thời, quý khách nên yêu cầu chủ xe (người nhận hàng từ nhân viên giao hàng) kiểm đếm cẩn thận hàng hóa trước khi nhận hàng.
